Dear ANMTA Member:

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to take this opportunity to invite you and your associates (staff) to join us at the Las Cruces Hilton for the ANMTA Fall Conference on November 9th – 11th. We will be taking a more in-depth look at one of the “new telcom services” that we got an overview of at the Spring Conference, as we weigh the pros and cons of “VoIP.” We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton at a special rate of $73.00. To make reservations, please call 505-522-4300 and mention the “ANMTA” conference.

In an effort to get more recognition for our generous contributors, we will initiate a sponsorship program consisting of four (4) contribution levels:

Platinum - $1,000 and over
Gold - $500 - $999
Silver - $250 - $499
Bronze - $100 - $249

There will be posters at all conference functions listing the sponsors at their appropriate levels.

Also new this fall, we will be selling mulligans for the golf scramble at two (2) for $10.00, limit of two (2) per person. Proceeds will go to the scholarship fund, so get those mulligans when you register. The “Good-Time” Golf Tournament will be at the beautiful Sonoma Ranch course just down the road.

Don’t forget to bring your gift for Tuesday evening’s silent auction. Remember, the proceeds of the auction go to the scholarship fund, so let’s support this and make it a great success!
