Greetings my fellow colleagues,
We are pleased to announce the site for our 2010 spring conference. Please mark your calendar for June 7th through June 10th for the beautiful Isleta Resort close to Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Tuesday we start with our "participation friendly" golf tournament. There are limited rental sets and they are a first come first serve. Come enjoy some great golf with friends and associates!
To benefit our Scholarship Fund, our Silent Auction and reception will be held on Tuesday evening. Please remember to bring a gift or gifts for the auction, and support our fundraising activities, as we continue to provide as many scholarships as possible to our young people, plus a great "networking" atmosphere.
On Wednesday, following our hosted breakfast, join us for our General Business Meeting where the 2010 Scholarship Recipients will be announced, industry updates discussed, and golf awards will be presented. After a hosted lunch, plan to attend the Tabletop Showcase and see the "latest and greatest" that our Associate Members have to offer. Several prizes will be drawn during both events so don't forget to register!
With increasing challenges and budget cuts throughout our industry, the ANMTA board of directors has come up with the idea of having a "Conference Day Pass" to help defray costs and boost attendance associated with attending the Showcase. For those participants who only wish to attend the vendor showcase, the Conference Day Pass will provide the opportunity for them.
It is our mission, collectively as a board, to serve our membership with the best in terms of training and education along with the most practicable way of providing it!

Hotel Information
The conference is being held at the Isleta Resort, located at 11000 Broadway SE in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It is South on I-25, take exit 215 and go south to the Resort.
For reservations, please call (877)747-5382. Be sure to call by the cut-off date of May 15, 2010. After that date, rooms will be available on a space available basis, at a higher rate. The Isleta has a 48-hour cancellation policy, you must cancel your reservation 48 hours prior to arrival, or you will be charged for a night's stay; the hotel also has an early departure fee. Please check your arrival and departure dates upon check in to make sure they are correct.

Sponsorship/Door Prizes
Your support of the ANMTA Fall Conference is very much appreciated. Sponsorships make a difference and greatly enhance our meetings. A Sponsorship form is enclosed. As a sponsor, your company will be recognized in the final program and on the meeting Reader Boards. In addition, there are door prize drawings during the meeting. If you would like to donate a door prize, please contact Paul Moreland, and let him know what you plan to bring. We want to be sure that your company is recognized for your donation.
Golf
The annual fall Golf Tournament will be held Tuesday, an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start is planned. Golf enthusiasts can test their skills on this beautiful course. Lunch is provided in the golf fees. Proper attire is required, as are golf clubs (may be rented) and spikeless shoes. If you would like to donate items for the golf tournament (balls, hats, towels, etc.), please contact Jeff Lattomus at 623-582-1939 for details, so that your company is recognized for your donation.
Tabletop Showcase
Don’t miss this opportunity to network with exhibitors and attendees as you check out the new equipment, products and services at our Annual Tabletop Showcase, Wednesday afternoon, from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Vendors, please note that if you plan to ship your display material to the resort, you may do so for up to five (5) days prior to arrival. There is a $0.59 per pound package fee, charged to your room. Please label all packages clearly.
