Dear ANMTA Member:
On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to take this opportunity to invite you and your associates (staff) to join us at the Buffalo Thunder Resort in Santa Fe for the ANMTA Fall Conference on October 5 through October 9.
We have reserved a block of rooms at the beautiful Buffalo Thunder Resort at a special rate of $159.00. To make reservations, please call 800-445-8667 and mention the "ANMTA" conference.
The Conference starts early Tuesday morning with our fun golf tournament at the beautiful Buffalo Thunder Resort course. If you haven't played in one of our scrambles, you are missing a lot of fun. If you would like to play with one particular person notify Paul on your registration. We will try to accommodate you.
Don't forget to bring your gift for Tuesday evening's hosted silent auction. Remember, the proceeds of the auction go to the scholarship fund, so let's support this and make it a great success!
Wednesday please join us for a hosted breakfast prior to our fall conference meeting where we will be electing several new board members. We also have both the Arizona and New Mexico Corporation Commissions being here, so bring your questions. After the meeting we will have a hosted lunch and Ed Trujillo's golf awards. Wednesday afternoon will have several break-out sessions for plant and commercial interests.
Please be with us for Indian summer in Santa Fe for training, information, networking and FUN!
Sincerely,
Joe
