Associate Director ElectionDear ANMTA Associate Member: At our spring meeting we announced that Jeff Lattomus' term was expiring and asked for candidates. In July, we emailed out a letter soliciting Associate Member candidates who are interested in applying for the Associate Director position on the ANMTA Board. Several candidates have expressed an interest in the position. According to the ANMTA Bylaws, the Associate Director position shall be selected by a vote of the Associate Members. The ballot below lists candidates who have submitted their name for this position. We have also included bios so that you can learn more about the candidates. Ballots have been mailed to all representatives for each current Associate Member company so that we can make sure this information gets to the right people. Each company has one vote... so remember to coordinate with your co-reps to ensure that only one vote is submitted. Ballots MUST be received no later than September 30, 2009. In case of multiple ballots from the same company, only the first ballot received will be counted. The candidate with a majority of the votes returned will be declared the Associate Director Nominee. Consistent with the procedure for all new Board Members, this Associate Director Nominee will be announced and presented by the Board for approval at the General Session at the Fall Conference. All Associate Members are encouraged to attend an Associate Member meeting on Monday, October 5th at 4:00 p.m. in the "Vista A" Conference Room where the successful candidate will be announced.
